Manchester United have conceded a corner for the second time in a single week, while Ruben Amorim's side suffered a huge blow in the second half on Boxing Day.
The visitors conceded directly from the set piece when Matheus Cunha's shot went straight into the back of the net, past André Onana.
It was a double blow in quick succession, with captain Bruno Fernandes sent off for a second yellow card just 10 minutes earlier.
The ball came across from the defensive right and, with Onana on the center line of the goal, he could not deflect the cross.
There was a suggestion that the goalkeeper had been fouled, and the Cameroonian star headed straight for the referee, but there seemed to be no signs of foul play.
Shortly after the calamitous error, former Man United legend Rio Ferdinand took to social media to seemingly make his views known on the matter.

“No comments,” wrote the former center back in X, while his former team once again had problems with set pieces.
