Mandy Moore was evacuated from her home with her family as wildfires continue to rage in the LA area – she is safe for now, but has no idea if her Pasadena home survived the flames.
The actress is still in the dark about the fate of her home – but she thanked to friends who let her crash with her three children, dogs and cats.
Mandy's emotions have been understandably raw – she also thanks the first responders, but feels completely disheartened by the destruction and loss unfolding around her. She included the hashtag #EatonFire in her post, referring to the wildfire that also forced the evacuation of elderly residents at a senior center in Pasadena on Tuesday evening captured on video.
Mandy is not alone – she is accompanied by celebrities like her Ben AffleckStar Wars symbol Mark Hamill and “Schitt’s Creek” star Eugene Levywho were also evacuated from their homes amid the raging inferno in Pacific Palisades, about 30 miles west of Pasadena.
In the meantime, Spencer Pratt, Heidi Mondayand many others in the area have tragically done so lost their homes in the Palisades fire.
