Marilyn Manson will not be charged with sexual assault, domestic violence

Including Smithline, who sued and was interviewed by the press about her claims, only to later swear under oath that the claims were false and that she was manipulated by Evan Rachel Wood into making false claims. And the sworn testimony of Ashley Walters, which flatly contradicted both her claims and Esme Bianco's claims. And the recent claims from an applicant who has never met Brian.

Marilyn Manson will not be charged by the LA District Attorney's Office in his sexual battery case … TMZ has learned.

Prosecutor Nathan Hochman Announced Friday … after an extensive four-year review by the DA's Sex Crimes Unit and Sheriff's Detectives have determined they will not pursue Manson.

DA Hochman announced in a press release that the department has determined that the statute of limitations has expired in the domestic violence case, and the office cannot prove the sexual assault allegations beyond a reasonable doubt… so they are not charging the singer.

The district attorney thanked the women who came forward to prepare their reports for their cooperation and patience … and although the office will not press charges, Hochman adds that their stories highlight the challenges facing sexual assault and domestic, survivors of violence will bring more awareness.

TMZ broke the story in 2021 when detectives for Special Victims Units showed up at Manson's La Pad. Execution of a search warrant and snapping media storage devices, including hard drives.

As we reported, this came on the heels of Evan Rachel WoodWho Manson dated in 2007, very public abuse allegations against the rocker.

Manson has continued to deny all allegations against him, and sources close to his legal team say they have cooperated with investigators throughout the investigation.
