Michael Lohan arrested because he allegedly attacked Kate Major

Michael Lohan Was arrested again … this time because he is supposed to be physically physical with a family member … TMZ found out.

According to court documents received by TMZ, Lindsay Lohan'S Dad was taken into custody on Saturday in Texas for charges for assault entitled “Continuous Violence against the Family”.

A representative of the sheriff office of the Harris County tells TMZ … Major received a medical examination -a mammogram, TMZ has learned from another source -when she told the MPs that Lohan had for several days in her residence of one Stool in her residence used to throw what she says caused her pain and symptoms.
