Morgan Gibbs-White added to the England team on Sunday night due to doubts about the aptitude of Cole Palmer, who could not play for Chelsea yesterday.
It was surprised that midfielder Gibbs-White, who was bright again for Nottingham Forest on Saturday, was omitted from the original team, such has been his form lately, and especially since Jordan Henderson of Ajax made the cut.
