Real estate sources tell TMZ … Courtney and Jared closed on the purchase of a 3,040-square-foot, five-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley just last week.
We're told the property is perfect for the newlyweds as it boasts a number of impressive features – including a resort-style backyard with mountain views, a heated swimming pool and spa, and state-of-the-art amenities. Alone BBQ, perfect for entertaining.
The bombshell and her film director husband's new property is behind a gated entrance and has ample parking for up to 8 cars. This was of utmost importance to the two of them…as we're told, privacy and convenience were Courtney and Jared's top priorities.
Courtney and Jared, who got married announced in an intimate ceremony in Palm Springs at the beginning of December, have apparently settled well into married life – even if the couple only decided to get married at the last minute.
We told the story…the couple got engaged in June, which came as a bit of a surprise to fans – considering the TV personality had called off her engagement to her former fiancé Chris Sheng a little less than a year earlier.
However, Courtney couldn't be happier with her new husband…sources close to the couple tell us they're enjoying their quiet life in the valley.
