NFL fans seem to agree that the hiring of Pete Carroll by Tom Brady as chief coach of the Las Vegas Raiders will not solve his problem in the field.
On Friday, ESPN reported that the 73 -year -old signed a three -year contract with a fourth year option with the Raiders.
Carroll has spent the last year out of the NFL after leaving his position with the Seattle Seahawks to be a franchise advisor.
After the news arose, fans turned to social networks to express that hiring would not fix the team, suggesting that Carroll should remain retired.

Carroll spent the last year away from the bank after leaving his position with the Seahawks.
