After Jim Irsay emerged from beneath Lucas Oil Stadium and was rolled under his own power, NFL fans have shown concern for the 65-year-old owner of the Indianapolis Colts.
On Sunday, Irsay was pushed on the StairSteady, a device typically used in hospitals for patients without power in their legs, which is easier to maneuver than a wheelchair.
Irsay's appearance came after the Colts' Week 18 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars, confirming the team's final record of 8-9.
The Colts owner already released a statement since the end of the game saying the team will retain general manager Chris Ballard and head coach Shane Steichen.
Irsay has made no public comments about stepping aside or selling the team. He has also been public about his addiction problems and other vices that have crossed his path.
In a 2023 interview with Sports HBOIrsay admitted that he has participated in rehab for alcoholism and painkiller addiction at least 15 times, but that he has not consumed an alcoholic beverage since 2002.

Some may remember that Irsay was arrested in 2014 for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, which he now claims was because he was targeted for being “a rich white billionaire.”
Irsay insisted the reason he failed the field sobriety test was recent hip surgery, not alcohol.
Irsay was also found unconscious in his home in late 2023 from a suspected overdose, according to Atlético.
Irsay has rarely been seen in public during the 2024 NFL season and those on social media have made it clear they are concerned for his well-being.
