NFL Insider Reveals Shocking Extent of Tom Brady's Raiders' Influence…Despite Only Minority Ownership

NFL insider Dianna Russini lifted the lid on Tom Brady's involvement in the Las Vegas Raiders' offseason rebuild after becoming a minority owner.

After booking a seat on the Raider brass, Brady watched the team endure another tragic season, which included a 4-13 record and the firing of head coach Antonio Pierce.

To welcome winning ways to Sin City, the Raiders hired former Buccaneers executive John Spytek as their general manager and Pete Carroll as their new head coach.

Both have Super Bowls under their resumes and connections to Brady before they were hired.

Speaking on the Ryen Russillo podcast, Russini made claims that Brady has been the captain of the ship in Las Vegas despite being a minority owner. The former ESPN reporter also revealed that Brady's TB12 programs are being rolled out for players.

“Let's start by making it really clear that Tom Brady is running everything in Las Vegas,” Russini said. 'It's all Tom Brady. I think there's some rumors, some chatter, I'm telling you it's all Tom Brady there.

'I mean, even their own TB12 programs are being installed, so to speak. Alex Guerrero is out there. He's going to work with some of the players.

'He's trying to do it and change the Raiders, and he has a lot of influence on them. I'm sure you and I can probably debate whether that's a good thing or not. My instinct is, yeah, the guy knows how to win, obviously,' he added.

'Why not listen to it? I'd rather listen to Tom Brady calling out everything than Mark Davis, no disrespect to Mark. Tom has a thought, an idea; He understands what it takes.

While the two urgent and important vacancies have been filled, Brady and the Raiders have more work to do with free agency approaching.

Brady's involvement and ownership came during his first year in a decade-long deal with Fox after signing a contract worth $375 million to be the network's lead NFL analyst.

His involvement in the franchise was once seen as a potential problem in his work as an analyst. Additionally, Brady's first year in the booth was marred with bad reviews from fans and figures in the industry.

However, Brady rejected rumors of him leaving the network for the Raiders' front office.
