Liverpool has only lost a league game throughout the season: a 1-0 defeat by Nottingham Forest in Anfield in September.
Meanwhile, Saturday's slip against West Ham was the third defeat of the Arsenal League campaign.
The gunners have also drawn more games than the reds.
Of the remaining 12 games of the Liverpool League, seven are at home only five away.
Arsenal has six at home left and six on the road, including a trip to Anfield on May 10.
