Pete Davidson And Colin Jost There were never in a feud … but Pete definitely regrets how he behaves in the past before he went to rehab and got clean – so he bought CJ a very chic gift to apologize.
Sources with direct knowledge say TMZ … reports in which Pete and Colin had become too enemies were much exaggerated -and that was not the reason why PD gave a 20,000 dollar -cartier.
The real reason for the chic clock is that Pete a Mea -Culpa – or as Pete would probably say: “My bad, DAWG” – for his behavior before checking in into rehab.
In particular, Pete wanted to make it clear that he took his sobriety seriously … He wanted to show Colin that he would be a reliable business partner after working on her Common property on Staten Island Ferry.
Our sources say the two lost the touch of Pete after Pete left 'Snl' … Apart from her incredibly random co-purchase of the ferry, it was previously a choice that was said when they were not completely sober.
Don't let it twist … Pete and Colin are in good terms, say our sources … But you also have your own life – and you were never really the best buds. We were told that they used to spend a lot of time together because they were colleagues and now they no longer work together.
The two comedians connected to “Saturday Night Live” about a common connection – Pete's Dad and Colin's grandfather were both firefighters in New York City – and Obviously Pete was a regular part of the “Weekend Update” if it is still on 'SNL'.
