Tyrone Munro will dedicate his indigenous shirt All Stars to his late mother, Kirawhan Fernando, who tragically died last year.
The 20 -year -old is ready to align in the wing for the indigenous stars of Australia while facing Aotearoa New Zealand Maori Tane All Stars at the end of this week at Combank Stadium.
Gomeroi's man is one of the 10 debutants on the indigenous side this week and before the party he opened in one of the most difficult periods of his life.
The rising star made its NRL debut in 2023, making three appearances that season before returning to present four times for the Rabbitoh in 2024.
He played for South Sydney during his crash of Ronda 26 last year against Penrith, but unfortunately lost his mother the same week.
His uncle, Raymond 'Dunka' Caldwell, also tragically died on the day of the game, with Munro scoring two attempts in the game.

This week, he is ready to present the wing of the indigenous All Stars of Australia and says that his mother would be “very proud” of his achievements.
'There will be tears of joy in his eyes. She would be a very proud mother, I know she is looking at me and is always with me, “he told Sydney Morning Herald.
I will always be strong for her and my family. The shirt in which I play (on Saturday) will dedicate to my mother, my culture and my family this week.
'I think of her every day. I think of her every night before going to sleep.
She is always in my mind. The reason I get up is for my mother. I want to make her proud and keep putting tears of joy in her eyes up.
Munro received the NRL Provan-Summons medal at the Dally M ceremony last October. The award is awarded to the player who has shown the true spirit of the game.
After his mother's death, Munro went to Instagram to publish a publication about his mother, who subtitled: 'Losing a mother is a pain that cannot be described in words.
'It is practically impossible to move from the memory of losing the woman who sacrificed happiness in her own life so you can have a better. The love of a mother is really irreplaceable.

Speaking at the Rondwick Royal Royal by Sydney, Rabbitoh's star also dedicated the prize to his late mother, and added that his memory inspires him to continue acting in the football field.
“This year has been the most difficult of my 19 years,” said Munro. 'The recent loss of my mother and my uncle. His strength and love have molded who I am, and his memory feeds my determination every time you step on that field.
“I want to dedicate this award to my mother, Kirawhan, who made me the man I am today and taught me that nothing is given to you: you have to win it in this life.”
Before this week's indigenous match, those new next to their family teammates, their history and culture with the great Dean of Paramatta Eels praising Munro for their courage.
“When we enter the camp and listen to the stories of the new boys who entered … to see the passion they have and the emotional ones that were put on, that tells you that this is important,” Widders told Australian Associated Press.
'The story of Tyrone Munro is incredible, thinking and listening to why that child has passed.
'He talked about his education and the challenges he faced, the sadness he has recently had, but also that this shirt was hope for him as a child.
