Brittany Tollifereo — a chef who broke into the fried chicken business with Moss in recent years — told us just days before she and the Hall of Famer opened their Crisppi's Chicken store in Miami that Randy was doing well…despite everything medical situation.

Tollifereo said the 47-year-old was “in great spirits” – and she didn't notice much of a change in his cheerful personality.
In fact, she said he could travel to South Florida on Jan. 18 — and chat with fans at the grand opening of her restaurant in Miami.

Moss and Tollifereo first joined forces a few years ago – after Randy saw an Instagram ad for one of their dishes. They had opened a restaurant called Chick-A-Boom – but Tollifereo says their new Crisppi's venture is even bigger and better.
Tollifereo says despite Randy's recent surgery to remove a cancerous mass in his bile duct…he has remained focused on the business and making sure it runs smoothly.
“He’s not going to stop,” Tollifereo said, “and he just wants everything to succeed and continue to grow.”
For his part, Moss is grateful for the support he received during his fight and thanks his fans for all their love over the past few weeks.
