Packers CB Robert Rochell Allows legal steps against the people he is responsible for a car accident of 2023 who seriously injured him and had a massive negative impact on his once promising NFL career.
In the lawsuit, submitted in La County and received from TMZ SportThe 26-year-old Rochell said that he took care of the Hollywood motorway in February 2023 for his own business around the Hollywood motorway in his almost 100,000 dollar Mercedes GT 63 AMG-Mercedes when RR was hit by an accelerated vehicle that seriously injured him.
Rochell sues three people, including the alleged driver.
Among the alleged injuries listed in the lawsuit, Rochell said that he broke his elbow, injured his knees and head and suffered nerve damage, among other things, bumps and bruises.
Apart from the pain of dealing with the injuries, Rochell said, who points out that he made an important contribution to the Super Bowl Champion Rams, says that the crash has occupied its football career.
“(Robert) played in his rookie year and in the playoffs and in Super Bowl, where he won a ring. Starter,” claims the lawsuit.
But after the accident, Rochell said that he was forced to miss the training outside of the team's season and part of the training camp. In return, he says that the Rams cut him after week 1 of the season.
Because the season was already going, Rochell said that he had problems catching with a team … and ultimately hopped between the training qualifications with the Seahawks, Panthers and Packers.
“(Rochell) has lost millions of dollars of income and considerable dynamics in his NFL career,” the lawsuit said.
The Packers CB is suing the recovery of lost wages and the “loss of merit capacity” – for money, which he would have made in other words if he had not been injured in the crash.
Rochell, who registered a total of 2 duels for Green Bay this year, never indicates the total amount he is looking for.
