At a celebration to St. Patrick's Day near the University of Pittsburgh, there was a terrible incident … When more than a dozen people – some seriously – were injured after the roof of a house where they suddenly collapsed and stormed to the ground.
Breaking: Several people were injured when the roof of a veranda in a house in the Semple Street in Oakland, directly in front of the University of Pittsburgh, collapsed.

Take a look at the video that was posted on X that the tragedy hit on Friday … starting with a large amount of party guests that on the streets with houses in Oakland, Pennsylvania.
When the camera swings to the right, we see a number of people hanging around on the veranda roof of the house before the structure starts – and everyone falls off like a sack of potatoes. It is unclear what caused the collapse.
Sixteen people suffered injuries and were brought to local hospitals for treatment. Three of the victims were in a serious state, while 13 other mild injuries had suffered.
Pittsburgh Public Information Officer Emily Bourne told CBS News There were hundreds of students from the University of Pittsburgh in the area when the roof collapsed.
Fortunately, nobody asked for the incident – as an officer Bourne, said that the students should be lucky that the result was not much worse.
