The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, agreed on Tuesday a proposal from the president of the United States, Donald Trump, for Russia and Ukraine to stop hitting the energy infrastructure of the other for 30 days and gave an order corresponding to the Russian army, said the White House and the Kremlin.
“The leaders agreed that the movement to La Paz will begin with a high the fire of energy and infrastructure, as well as technical negotiations on the implementation of a high sea fire in the Black Sea, the high fire and permanent peace,” said a reading of the White House call. “These negotiations will begin immediately in the Middle East.”

The Kremlin said in a statement that the two leaders had a “detailed and Franco of views” in Ukraine during a phone call in which Putin had said that a resolution of the conflict must be “integral, sustainable already long term”, taking into account the security interests of Russia and the root causes of the war.
The two leaders discussed an US proposal for a high fire fire, to which Ukraine agreed last week. The Kremlin said that Putin had raised “significant points” about the monitoring of such truce and preventing Ukraine from using it to mobilize more soldiers and rearm.
