Ryan Day Says his viral golf car -Crash, the entire Mojo steered from his national championship experience … joked that he lived out a scene from “Austin Powers” – and the moment brought him back to reality.
The head coach of the state of Ohio State Buckeyes hung along Jimmy Fallon An 'The Tonight Show'This week … and of course he couldn't talk about the great victory without addressing the incident with the viral golf car from the tunnels of the Caesar Superdome after the victory.
Tag said he hoped to use these few minutes on the car to take a deep breath and prepare for the press conference … but the woman behind the steering wheel treated it like a Nascar race.
“We only shoot it through the field,” he said. “Just to avoid people, and I grab like that, and then we took the corner and hit the wall!”
The 45-year-old coach joked that the ordeal was humble … and he couldn't help but do one Mike Myers Reference right after the collision.
Fortunately, everyone went away from the incident without fulfilling injuries. While the head coach of Buckeyes did not find it very amusing at that time, his quarterback was Will Howard deed – and he told TMZ Sport Last week he felt worse for the moving woman than everyone else.
