The American soccer star Kristie Mewis has announced that she is 'trying to be more social' with a cheerful pregnancy update, while preparing to welcome her first child with her fiancee Sam Kerr.
The sports power couple announced their jovial news for babies in November, sharing photos of both smiling with their ultrasound scan.
But from the announcement, both have been relatively silent on social networks.
On Sunday, 32 weeks of pregnancy Mewis went to Instagram to show his flourishing baby bulk with a video as his expiration date approaches.
“Let me show you how I wake up,” Mewis laughed, while using a mask of eyes and pajamas.
'So this is me every night. These are my glasses of blue light, which I put before going to bed. And they actually work, as if they were very well asleep, and this is just who I am now.

'I am pregnant Clear blue glass person, you know, and I understand that this is just one phase. As, maybe I look more nice one day when I wake up for my fiancee.
'But, as I could not too. I don't know.'
Mewis then revealed his training team, revealing that he is a 'jump' person, showing his pregnancy belly.
The player also gave some ideas about his pregnancy symptoms.
'I have 32 weeks' pregnant now, which is crazy. There are only eight weeks left to go and I have started to arrive as contractions of Braxton Hicks, “Mewis said.
'I feel that I have only had one maybe before this, but as of yesterday I began to get a couple of them throughout the day.
'My stomach gets so tight that it almost becomes a square. But it's really fast and then leaves.
The couple began to leave during the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games, where they were seen together in the countryside after a match between Australia and the United States.

Kerr, 31, was found not guilty of racially aggravated abuse after call
It is understood that they met for the first time while both competed for clubs in the National Women's Soccer League in the United States in 2019.
They had spoken online for almost four months during the Covid-19 2020 pandemic, and the couple also believes that it spent two weeks at closing together.
Both publicly confirmed their relationship in August 2021 through an Instagram publication and announced their commitment in November 2023.
Just a month after committing, Massachusetts Mewis-Native signed with West Ham United and moved to London to be closer to Sam.
But Kerr has been marginalized since January 2024 after suffering an anterior cross ligament injury during a training camp with the South-West London Club.
She was forced to undergo surgery and enter a rehabilitation period, discarding it from the rest of the 2023-2024 season.
In February of this year, Kerr was declared not guilty of racially aggravated abuse after calling a “stupid and white” police officer during a heated entorated at a London police station in January 2023.
