The Manchester United's co -owner, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, believes that Ruben Amorim has done a very good job since he took over the team despite the fact that the results are far from being impressive.
The 1-1 draw on Sunday with Arsenal leaves the Red Devils 14 in the Premier League with 10 remaining games this season.
Amorim replaced Erik Ten Hag in November, but there has not been a new rebound in Old Trafford.
The Portuguese has won only five of the first 17 flight games, but Ratcliffe insists that he is satisfied with the work he is doing considering the circumstances.
Speaking in an interview with BBC Sport, He said: 'If I really look at the team that is available for Ruben, I think he is doing a very good job to be honest.
'I think Ruben is an exceptional young manager. I really do it. He is an excellent manager and I think he will be there for a long time.

'You are starting to see an idea of what Ruben can produce. I think you saw him against Arsenal. How many players against Arsenal at the bank did you recognize?
'How many have used a Manchester United shirt (the first team) … since there is no squad left.
'We are in the last 10 or 11 men in the square really, of adequate players of the first team. Ruben is doing a super work.
And Ratcliffe is confident that United can win the title for the 150th anniversary of the club in 2028 with Amorim to the helm.
“I don't think it's an impossible mission,” he said. “I think it's good to have goals and objectives, Ratcliffe said.
'If you look at the arsenal, if you look at the Liverpool, if you look at the period of time, it took them to put the house in order and return to the winning forms, that is probably slightly at the short end of the spectrum. But it is not impossible.
