The US public prosecutor's office for the southern district of Texas accused an indictment against 22 points and 13 more with a large number of crimes on Wednesday … claims that they are all members or employees of the Bandidos motorcycle gang in the state.
According to the prosecutors, the Bandidos are in a lawn war with a rival gang B*East … and the Bandidos allegedly published a “Smash on site” against their rival, which even means murder members of B*East.
Hantz – who says the Doj goes after the nicknames “Loco” and “Gun Drop” – is not accused of assault or murder … but he is faced with two charges – conspiracy and arson. He faces up to 20 years for each fee.
A federal law enforcement source confirmed TMZ … Hantz was charged with the indictment. A family member confirmed that Brandon was arrested … although they say he left the Bandidos last year. His house was attacked this morning.
Brandon appeared in “Survivor: South Pacific” and “Survivor: Caramoan” … with his most memorable moment in 'Caramoan' when he and his competitor come in 'Caramoaner' Phillip Sheppard Get into an argument that ended with the fact that Hantz spent all the food reserves in his tribe.
When the last name sounds familiar … it is because Brandon's uncle is Russell Hantz – one of the most notorious villains in the history of the “survivors”.
We turned to police officers and people near Brandon … so far no word back.
