Taylor Swift appears ready to shake off any accusations that she's a “distraction” for her Kansas City Chiefs boyfriend, flying back to New York just over 24 hours after their close win against the Houston Texans.
Travis Kelce received an avalanche of criticism after his slow start to the season, with many pundits quick to blame his off-season partying with Swift.
The 35-year-old men quickly spent every moment together during the summer months, and he followed her around the world during her Eras Tour.
But the Grammy hitmaker now appears more conscious than ever about allowing her tight end boyfriend to fully concentrate on their upcoming AFC clash against the Buffalo Bills on Jan. 26. Victory would return Kelce and the Chiefs to the Super Bowl once again.
She will likely return to Arrowhead Stadium to support him in the game, but quickly returned to New York on Monday after spending just one day with Kelce.

Insiders claim Swift and Kelce managed to spend a few hours alone together while their private jet took her parents, Scott and Andrea, back to Nashville.
She seemed to be on top of the world while celebrating her boyfriend's success at Arrowhead, but returned to New York on Monday before he returned to practice.
Kelce had a slow start to the season and finished with one of the lowest production seasons of his career.
His 823 receiving yards and three touchdown receptions were the lowest he's had since his rookie campaign.
But against the Texans, he returned to his best. He scored a touchdown in the 23-14 victory and recorded seven receptions for 117 yards.

Swift is expected to fly back to Kansas City for the highly anticipated Bills game on Sunday.
“I'm enjoying all aspects of life,” Kelce told Stephen A. Smith, the longtime host of ESPN's morning show “First Take.”
“Taylor and I are happy and I couldn't be happier to enjoy that comfort and confidence off the field and all the support I could ask for in the stadium, man.”
Kelce also said that the support he receives from Swift is a two-way street and that he works hard to make sure she feels like he is there for her.
“Well, I personally think the good thing about being in a very strong relationship is that you get that support to be able to go in and focus on your craft, focus on being the best version of yourself,” Kelce said.
'That's why I wanted to be at the concert, supporting her and being there for her, making sure she feels comfortable and understanding in everything she's doing in life.
“I think I'm more focused than ever on my job and being the best player I could be week in and week out for this team. It's because I don't have to worry about things off the field.”
Kelce was back in top form on Saturday, scoring a touchdown in his team's win against the Texans.
Swift has been a regular at Chiefs home games this season and the team is now one win away from the Super Bowl, which will be held in New Orleans next month on February 9.
Kelce's girlfriend has attended 20 games since their romance began in September 2023, 14 of which were at home.
Swift only missed one Chiefs home game during the entire regular season, and that was due to a clash with the latest run of his sold-out Eras Tour show.
The singer has yet to take her place in the stands at any Chiefs road game this season, skipping visits to Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Buffalo and Carolina, among others.
It's unclear whether Swift plans to attend the Super Bowl in New Orleans, given her concerns about security following a raid at Kelce's home and terrorist threats at her shows in Vienna.
