Echeverri is not expected to participate in the Pep Guardiola team in preparation for Wednesday night to Tottenham Hotspur.

But the attacking midfielder must train with the team before Plymouth's Saturday visit before potentially a first participation in a team of the day when they face the Liverpool Killers.

The 19-year-old agreed to join City last year, but remained in River Plate on loan for 12 months and their actions rose even more when it became the driving force during the recent success of Argentina Sub-20.
