Wendy Williams'Preloaded is examined by adult protection services in New York City, and TMZ has received the call to help that triggered the whole thing.
A caregiver that is not connected to the guardianship – Monterroso Gina – Recently sent a letter to APS in which he formally requested an investigation into what she surrounds the treatment of Wendy as a “worrying circumstances”.

In the letter received by TMZ, Gina about Wendy's restrictions in a lifespan supported in New York, in which it is in limited to the storage unit on the 5th floor And not to let go without the consent of the staff.
According to Monterroso, the circumstances “make significant concerns about their legal rights, their personal autonomy and their general well -being, which justify immediate attention”.

She says Wendy is unable to, as her guardian claims, and says that the discrepancy “raises serious concerns about the integrity and motivation of the guardian, which indicates that they are incorrectly presenting Ms. William's actual mental and emotional state to the dishes.”
Monterroso adds … “Such a false representation could contribute to her unjust unity in an environment that limits your freedom and social interactions.”

According to Monterroso, Wendy's restriction into the memory unit is poor for her mental health … and she fears that this also violates her legal rights.
APS takes their concerns seriously … As we have reported for the first time, there is now now Two separate examinations In Wendy's guardianship – one by APS and one of the NYPD.
The police paid a visit on Monday and she was taken to a hospital to receive an independent examination as to whether her cognitive functions are sufficient to end her guardianship.
