The expert in brain shock, Chris Nowinski, believes that Patrick Mahomes avoided any significant head trauma when he received an early blow from Jalen Carter in the Super Bowl.
Mohomes suffered one of the worst nights of his career when Kansas City bosses lost 40-22 against the Filadelphia Eagles on Sunday, throwing two interceptions and being fired six times.
But fans were concerned if the 29 -year -old was fighting after his head crashed into the grass after a Jalen Carter challenge on the first trip of his team's game.
The viral images caught Nowinski's attention, one of the fiery NFL critics when it comes to trauma in the head, and he gave his verdict.
“This is receiving a lot of traction,” said Nowinski, sharing the clip itself.
“While a cervical whiplash movement or (possible) impact on the soil can cause brain shock, Mohamses did not seem to show specific signs of brain shock at any time and I don't think you have one.”

There were fears that Patrick Mahomes was shocked at the beginning of Super Bowl on Sunday

Mohamses was not asked if he had any concern for his condition after the loss, but was responsible for how the game turned out.
“They played better than us from beginning to end,” said Mohamses. 'We didn't start how we wanted.
'Ball losses hurt. I take all the blame for that. These ball losses balance the moment of the game and capitalized them.
'They noted in one and obtained a touchdown immediately after another. That is 14 points I gave them. It's hard to return from that in the Super Bowl. I did not play with my standard and I have to be better next time.
Mohomes also addressed fans in X, writing after the game: 'appreciate all the love and support of the Chiefs kingdom.
'I have disappointed today. I will always continue working and try to learn and be better for it. I want to thank God for every opportunity he has given me. We will return.
