Coral Kerr had been taken to the hospital in a critical condition after being hit by a UTE when a bus went down in Palmyra, Perth, on Friday, December 27.

The alleged driver, Mark John Britt, 63, was accused of a dangerous driving position that caused serious bodily damage after he alleged that he had mounted the sidewalk in an attempt to overcome the bus before colliding against Mrs. Ker .

He appeared in the Court of Magistrates of Fremantle on Tuesday, where he represented himself.

It occurs when Sam Kerr is currently in trial for a position of racially aggravated harassment in Kingston Crown Court in London.

The Court was told Monday that Kerr and his fiancee Mewis had been at the back of a taxi before they had thought they were being kidnapped by the driver who had refused to let them out.
