A man who alleges who hit Sam Ker's 90 -year -old grandmother with her UTE told the court that “he killed the lady, but she revived herself.”
Coral Kerr had been taken to the hospital in a critical condition after being hit by a UTE when a bus went down in Palmyra, Perth, on Friday, December 27.
The alleged driver, Mark John Britt, 63, was accused of a dangerous driving position that caused serious bodily damage after he alleged that he had mounted the sidewalk in an attempt to overcome the bus before colliding against Mrs. Ker .
He appeared in the Court of Magistrates of Fremantle on Tuesday, where he represented himself.
It occurs when Sam Kerr is currently in trial for a position of racially aggravated harassment in Kingston Crown Court in London.
The Daily Telegraph reports claim that Britt intended to declare himself innocent about the position before proceeding to talk about his diabetic condition.

Prosecutors have suspended while waiting for the defendant's toxicology reports.

The driver took the couple to the Twickenham police station in southwest London.
Then, the court was shown images of Kerr arguing with the police inside the station.
He was seen shouting at PC Lovell: “You are stupid and white.”
Meanwhile, Mr. Britt, the bond has spread with the 63 -year -old to return to the Court on March 4.
