Hundreds of protesters met in a Tesla exhibition hall of New York City on Saturday as part of the expansions of demonstrations against the high level participation of Elon Musk with the Trump administration.

A woman, who identified before the camera as “Frankie” while the officers stopped her, said she was “being arrested today for protesting against Elon Musk.”
“He bought his way in office, bought his way to direct a government agency, bought his power at the expense of the American people, at the expense of our environment, at the expense of our world and all people in him,” said the woman.
Six people were arrested in total, five for disorderly behavior and one for resisting arrest, according to media reports.

Musk was given by the Government Efficiency Department (Doge) by the president of the United States, Donald Trump, shortly after assuming the position. Since then, the cost reduction agency has triggered more than 60,000 government employees, with more to follow.
