The owner of the Arizona cardinals, Michael Bidwill, is being sued again by a former employee.
This time is his former personal assistant, Brittany Neuheisel, who has filed a lawsuit for unfair discharge against Bidwill and the team.
Neuheisel states that “she was continually tormented for not rejecting the members of her own family and for refusing to participate in illegal behavior,” according to the presentation.
Bidwill “disturbedly harassed the plaintiff in an effort to take her to leave the cardinals,” the presentation continued, adding that once he demanded that he send him a weapon through Fedex, while ordered to ignore any restriction of firearms.
He is also accused of telling Neuheisel, a grandmother, who wanted to replace her with someone who is “young, beautiful and athletic.”
A cardinal spokesman denied the accusations in a statement provided to Dailymail.com.

Neuheisel states that “she was continually tormented for not rejecting the members of her own family and for refusing to participate in illegal behavior,” according to the presentation.
“Earlier this week, the cardinals received an email from a applicant's lawyer based in California,” the statement began. 'In him, he threatened to file a lawsuit unless the team agreed its demand for a substantial amount of money at 5:00 pm the next day.
'The team refused and the lawyer has now filed the complaint.
'The cardinals were strongly surprised and denied the accusations made in this demand and intend to defend the case on their merits in the appropriate forum.
“As this is now pending litigation, the team will refrain from comments.”
A year ago, Bidwill was sued by former Cardinals Personnel Executive Terry McDonough for claims of high illegal. McDonough finally won $ 3 million in arbitration after the team admitted a critical press release about the outgoing executive 'was too far' to condemn him.
For six years, Neuheisel worked for Bidwell until his resignation last month.
She says Bidwill constantly put her in the midst of her 'little battles' with family members. In an alleged incident, Bidwill told Neuheisel to clean the car of his niece, that he had given him, so that he could be recovered and sold.
Neuheisel states that Bidwill told him to record the video of the car that was loaded in a flat crane so that he could play the clip for his niece.
What is more, Neuheisel says that Bidwill repeatedly told him that he was a “facilitator” for his adult children and grandchildren, whom he said he should leave his home, according to the presentation.
Neuheisel resigned in January after the cardinals agreed to organize a playoff game between the Los Angeles and the Vikings of Minnesota, since the southern California was being decimated by forest fires.
Neuheisel says that Bidwill directed a diatribe when the owner of the Rams, Stan Kroenke, did not personally thanked the cardinals for organizing the game.
