Tony Rock says he doesn't cheer for a second Donald Trump Presidential term… He admits there will be more opportunities for jokes, but he doesn't feel like comedians have struck gold.
We caught up with the comedian at LAX on Wednesday … and had to ask him again earlier this week about Trump's rise to the highest office in the land.

Rock first jokes about an interaction he had with a drug-sniffing dog while getting off the plane in LA… claiming he hadn't seen one in a while, but that was the case at LAX – as his handler Animal supposedly encouraged him to check only black travelers for drugs.
TR says he immediately thought: “We’ll automatically move on, bulls***.”
We then asked if comedians can at least rip out more content for jokes when it comes to Trump's headlines… and while Tony says they can because they're reporters who put a funny twist on the news, he says he it wouldn't use the term “gold mine” because it's not doing particularly well.
Rock says it's the job of comedians like him to try to find humor in “all the shitty stuff” Trump is up to.
As you know… Trump was inaugurated He was named the country's 47th president on Monday – and immediately signed a series of executive orders ranging from withdrawing from the World Health Organization to renaming the Gulf of Mexico the Gulf of America.

Tony also talks about some of these executive orders… Listen to the end of the clip to hear his broad thoughts on each person of color who voted for DJT.
Bottom line: Tony says comedians have to look for silver linings for jokes – but four more years isn't a gold mine!
