While Billy Ray dealt with technical problems and a seemingly hoarse throat… Trace says there's something that's troubling his father more deeply. He says, “You’re not healthy, Dad, everyone can tell,” and fears that the world might lose Billy Ray “far too soon.”
While he said he wasn't entirely sure what Billy was going through, he said he had a “pretty good idea” and could use his own experience from a year of sobriety to help. In the heartfelt Instagram post, he added… “You know how to reach me. Until that day comes, I will continue to pray for you.”
The “Shake It” hitmaker also criticized his father for not being there for him or his siblings. He specifically shamed him for neglecting it Noah Cyrushis youngest daughter, who appears to be “desperate” for BRC to be the father he once was.
Although Billy Ray has fallen out with his children, Trace says, “We all cling to the memories of the man we once knew and hope for the day when he returns.”
Billy adopted Trace and his older sister Brandi Cyrus when he married her mother, Tish Cyrusin 1993. It also talks about Noah and her mega-pop star sister Miley Cyrus with Trish and a son named Braison. Billy welcomed another son, Christopherwith his ex-girlfriend Kristin Luckey in 1992.

Trace's vulnerable message to the “Hannah Montana” alum comes after he was heavily criticized for his lackluster a cappella performance Lil Nas“Old Town Road” and “Achy Breaky Heart” at Trump’s Liberty Ball.
Billy Ray blamed the technical problems for his muddled performance… although that's not the cause of his painfully raspy voice. Regardless, he said everyone there “had a lot of fun.”
Trace is obviously not convinced. We have contacted Billy's rep regarding Trace's deployment…no response yet.
