Trent Alexander-Arnold humbly celebrated Liverpool's FA Cup triumph with his former boyhood coach and Accrington Stanley manager John Doolan in a touching moment.
Liverpool's vice-captain returned to form with a stunning goal in Saturday's 4-0 third round cup win against League Two Accrington after struggling in the previous match against rivals Man United.
Alexander-Arnold's future at the Premier League leaders has become an increasingly worrying issue as he weighs up whether to extend his stay or pursue a free agent move in the summer.
Real Madrid already had an offer rejected in January for the England international and are expected to bring Alexander-Arnold to the club in the summer if Alexander-Arnold does not sign a new contract with Liverpool.
The 26-year-old is in the same contractual situation as Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk with each of the three currently in the final months of their existing deals.
However, Alexander-Arnold seemed to be loving his familiar surroundings after Liverpool's cup win as he shared a touching moment with Doolan on the Anfield pitch.

Footage shows the pair hugging for several moments in a warm moment despite the Accrington manager having just seen his team knocked out of the FA Cup.
Doolan then introduces Alexander-Arnold to some of his players before leading the Reds star into the stands and appears to point him out to family and friends in the stands.
The Liverpool goalscorer seemed delighted to have rekindled his childhood relationship with his former mentor and Doolan told how he first worked with Alexander-Arnold.
“Before the game I said I had coached Trent when he was six or seven and I don't know if he remembers it,” Doolan said.
Alexander-Arnold and Doolan shared a touching hug after the game.
'Diane, his mother, would probably remember him as she used to take him to training sessions.
At the end of the game I didn't see Trent. I walked up to our fans and he appeared behind me in flip flops and a big coat and just said “I remember.”
Then we started chatting as if I had been talking to him last week.
'He is such a wonderful and humble guy. He is a top level player. Doing that shows the class he has.”
