This would be the fourth visit from Trudeau to Ukraine since the war began, and it will surely be the last as Prime Minister of Canada. He has said that he will resign after a new liberal leader is elected on March 9.
Zelenskyy said that the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and the delegates of Nordic and Baltic countries also attend the summit of Monday in person, and two dozen leaders will join virtually.
