A Philadelphia Eagles fan who was caught on video verbally abusing a female fan was fired from his job after he was discovered as a business analyst working for a management consultancy that focuses on implementing DEI strategies.
Ryan Caldwell, who used 'they/them' pronouns to describe his work experience, was seen in a viral video referring to a Packers fan as an 'ugly, dumb ass.'
The 45-year-old worked for BCT Partners based in East Brunswick, New Jersey. The company boasts on their site that they “harness the power of diversity, insights and innovation to transform lives.”
The firm has since denounced behavior caught on camera at the NFL liquidation game.
After an investigation was launched, the company concluded that they “decided to part ways with the employee.”
in a statement issued on Tuesday The night before, the company condemned Caldwell's actions “without condemning the individual.”
BCT Partners said: 'This individual's conduct and language was vile, disgusting, unacceptable and horrific and has no place in our workplace or society. “That behavior is not who we are or what we represent.”
The couple who had the grotesque language thrown at them said NBC10: 'He just went on and on and on. He wanted to get something out of us.

“So, I turned around, because I was already sick of it at this point, and said, 'Well, maybe you should go back to third grade then because it seems like you're the one with the bad attitude.'” And it seems like all the fans around us are the ones with bad attitudes.'
“I guess I was trying to stay calm, but I was pretty furious at the time and I was just hoping another fan would tell this guy to stop. And they all just stood there and I guess they let him call me that.” they added.

Packers fan Alexander Basara had shared the nasty exchange between his fiancee and Caldwell with X, and Internet sleuths quickly tracked down Caldwell.
Basara said: 'What it's like to go to Philadelphia just trying to support your team.
'Without provocation, without necessity.
“Packers Twitter, help me and find this guy, this is not right. I hate that this happened to my fiancé just cheering for his team.”
Caldwell turned directly to Basara and said, 'Are you going to do something?' he asks the man as he tries to intervene. “Then shut the hell up.”
Caldwell is seen yelling at the woman, who is wearing a Packers hat, from her seat in the back row.
After officials check a construction site, he is heard mocking the couple. “It's not a touchdown, so don't jerk your c*** in the air.”
After Caldwell was exposed online, he quickly deleted his X profile and the LinkedIn profile similarly disappeared.
Basara responded, “Okay, don't call her an idiot,” prompting an angry response from Caldwell.
He snaps back: 'She's an ugly, dumb bitch.' Are you going to do something?', while Basara's fiancée pretended to cry and mocked him by adding: 'I'm ugly, I'm very hurt.'
After Caldwell was exposed online, he quickly deleted his X profile and the LinkedIn profile similarly disappeared.
Veteran NFL reporter Derrick Gunn has since reported that Caldwell will be permanently banned from Lincoln Financial Field.
Gunn said the woman involved in the video will receive Packers merchandise along with an apology from the Eagles.
Fans have since rallied around the couple and condemned Caldwell for his shocking behavior.
“I'm sorry this happened, someone should have reported this as verbal abuse and kicked him out of the stadium,” one person wrote.
“I've been to over 15 road games as a fan and I've never seen anything this bad, but I only went to Philadelphia once when I was 10, so I wasn't harassed.”

In a statement, BCT Partners said: 'BCT Partners denounces this type of behavior and we take this matter very seriously.
'The behavior displayed was completely unacceptable and goes directly against our company values.
'We have already initiated a full investigation as an internal personnel matter to determine what actions will be taken.
“We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this behavior and remain committed to fostering a culture of respect for all.”
