The executive president of the Rangers, Patrick Stewart, told the supporters that there were “much more to fix” in the Ibrox football department instead of focusing on the work of Philippe Clement.
And, according to the minutes of a meeting between the club and the fan advice of the Rangers, Stewart insisted that the club is not obliged by its financial situation by considering the future of the Belgians.
The meeting took place before the Rangers lost 1-0 at home against Queen's Park in the fifth round of the Scottish Cup last Sunday, placing Clemente under even greater scrutiny.
