We spoke to people who are very familiar with the NYC facility in which Wendy lives … and they say that the residents on the 5th floor where Wendy stays, mainly in the 80s and in severe cases of There are dementia or cognitive impairments.

We were told that the vast majority of patients need full -time care and supervision and would be a danger for themselves … which is why the residents cannot leave the 5th floor unattended.
Nevertheless, our sources were really shocked when the media found that Wendy stayed there.

This is a big problem for Wendy when she told us that she rarely admitted visits to friends or family.

As for everyday life for residents of the facility … we have announced that there are meals, enriching activities, simple exercises, art, entertainment, games and mentally stimulating activities.
Wendy tells us for her part that she takes her food into her room because she says that it is extremely depressing to be around 90-year-olds with serious health problems.
