What time is Fulham vs Manchester United?
The Premier League clash between Fulham and Manchester United will kick off at 7pm on Sunday, January 26 at Craven Cottage.
It marks their first domestic match since their home defeat to Brighton last weekend, leaving them 13th in the Premier League heading into kick-off.
While United fans will be used to seeing their team kick off at 2pm or 4.30pm on Sundays, their next trip to South West London will be played at 7pm on Sunday night.
Why is Fulham vs Manchester United at 7pm?
The match was originally scheduled to start on the same day, but at 12:30 pm, as it was selected by TNT Sports to be broadcast live by the provider.
However, the Red Devils playing in that space would not have given them enough time to rest and recover after their Europa League tie against Rangers.
While an alternative time of 12pm on Sunday was reportedly proposed, United the Red Devils declined to play earlier in the day because they wanted as close to a 72-hour break as possible under the circumstances.
Fortunately for them, their wish was granted, and the game was delayed until Sunday night to avoid TNT Sports' coverage clashing with Sky Sports' Sunday games earlier in the day.
