Why Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter won't be in the NFL Draft

Colorado coach Deion Sanders revealed that his son and quarterback Shedeur and Heisman-winning player Travis Hunter will not attend the NFL Draft in April.

While both Buffaloes stars are projected to be top-5 picks, Coach Prime confirmed that neither Shedeur nor Travis will cross the stage to shake Roger Goodell's hand and take photos in their future teams' jerseys.

As other NFL hopefuls flock to Lambeau Field in Green Bay, they will celebrate with the Buffaloes community on campus.

Speaking on the Rich Eisen Show, Sanders revealed that it's most important for them to be surrounded by their “wonderful student body” for the festivities.

“They won't see us,” Sanders said. 'We are a good man. We want to celebrate with our people, with our people, with our wonderful students.

Without revealing what his plans are for the draft, Sanders shook his finger at the camera and said, “I'm just kidding a little bit.”
