The wife of a Texas man convicted and imprisoned for his role in the January 6, 2021 Capitol riots tells us she is in touch with the Trump the administration about his possible pardon — and she is confident he will be released.
Nicole ReffittWife of Guy Reffitt — who is currently serving an 80-month prison sentence — told “TMZ Live” on Monday that while the new Trump administration hasn't shared specific plans, it has been told to remain ready to go if Trump arrives on Day One , January 20, entering the Oval Office.
You have to watch the video – Nicole's confidence in her husband's release is crystal clear, and she believes a pardon or commutation of his sentence, along with others affected by what she believes are exaggerated allegations, could actually help raise the public profile to unite.
Nicole calls it like she sees it – she insists that what happened exactly four years ago was never about the overthrow of the government, and she says too much blame has been placed on Trump and not due to security deficiencies on site.
As for Guy's behavior that day, Nicole makes it clear that she's firmly behind him. But her hiring isn't exactly a family affair – Guy's son Jackson famously reported him.
The family is divided, but Nicole is confident that Trump's return will heal her family – and the nation.
