Rashee Rice de Chiefs was accused of a car accident in Dallas in March 2024
This marks the second consecutive low season in which a Chiefs receiver has been found in legal problems in Texas.
Rashee Rice was accelerating a Lamborghini Urus through the roads of the Dallas area in March 2024, when he and other cars led by his associates were involved in an accident accident.
The viral videos later showed rice running away from the accident scene.
A WFAA report revealed that the police found 10.8 grams of marijuana in the Lamborghini, which is a minor class B crime in Texas.
In spite of this, as well as a civil lawsuit in the case and a separate assault charge that was later retired, Rice did not face any punishment from the NFL in 2024.
However, the Chiefs did not know that Rice would be unpunished in the case at the time of April Draft. And with the state of Rice in the air, Kansas City was negotiated to obtain the selection of Bills at number 28 and worthy.
That movement would chase the Bills again in January, when he caught a touchdown pass from the second quarter of Patrick Mahomes on the way to a 32-29 victory over Buffalo.
Worthy is now entering the second season of her four -year -old rookie contract and $ 13 million.
